A female trailblazer

  This painting was inspired by the adventures and achievements of  Amelia Earhart (and  by Tamara Laporte who painted a much better version than mine as part of a course) . I painted this using watercolours, gouache and some caran d'ache necolour 2 colour pencils. I think its cute and would look great on a child's bedroom wall...I don't have small children but since  I'm a big kid anyway, I'm keeping it for now.
